Crystal Light Therapy combines the benefits of color, light and crystal therapies, producing beneficial stimulation on both physical and energetic levels.

Each crystal is made up of the color of the respective chakra. They are set on special vibrational frequency to harmonize and balance the chakras. As the color relating to each chakra is transmitted through the crystal, the chakra is opened, cleansed, energized, and brought into balance with all the other chakras. This allows the other aspects of our self, whether it be mental or spiritual, to be brought into balance.
During the session, the atmosphere is set with music, candles and aromatherapy. You’ll remove your shoes, wear an eye mask and lie fully clothed on a heated vibrational massage table. Each light is aligned over the corresponding chakra. After your session, it’s advisable to rest and to let your body realign and balance itself.
