Shipping Policy
- All purchases are shipped via USPS.
- Customers within the U.S. will be charged a shipping fee based on the weight of their package.
- Orders being shipped OUTSIDE the U.S. WILL BE charged a flat shipping rate.
- Orders will be "shipped" within 3-7 business days of the original purchase date, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Customers will be notified when shipping occurs via the email provided.
- Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours after confirmation. Once in processing orders cannot be cancelled.
- Once your item is shipped your address cannot be changed.
- Once your package is delivered, it cannot be refunded/exchanged.
- Queendom Cultivation is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after USPS has marked the item delivered. In the case that this occurs, please reach out to USPS to file a claim.
- International shipping rates are “estimated” until final processing of orders. Customer will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country.
- International import fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping, handling and/or tariff charges incurred.
